A gallbladder attack (if thats what your problem is) can last anywhere from 15 minutes to 15 hours.

Its on my left side tho....

Your appendix is on your right side so you can rule out that its not your appendix.

But a gallbladder attack also may radiate to the back or occur under the shoulder blades, behind the breast bone, or on the left side.
