I am not a fan. I don't like being scared. I much prefer the festive fall-like side of halloween time than the scary side. For example, I am determined to go to a pumpkin patch this year. I haven't been to one before and think it sounds like fun. Walking through a dimly lit house with people jumping out...not so much.

Best. Haunted house. EVER! Ruby Falls Haunted Cavern in Chattanooga Tennessee. They take you 26 stories down an elevator into the caverns below Lookout Mountain and scare the crap out of you. Even waiting in line the actors are putting on a show. You could be suprised at any moment from beginning to end. Just when you thinks its over.........:eek :ninja

i have been trying to get the hubby to take us to a pumpkin patch for the last few years. this year i am determined to take them myself! im like you, i dont like the scary side but i LOVE the festive part of it!

I have not been since my wife and I were dating. Vampire was following my date throughout the haunted house when I finally had enough. When I grabbed the actor a policeman stepped out from behind the curtain and told me I could not touch the players. I told the cop then the guy needed to lay off too.
