Hats or caps?

What looks better for men when walking around just cruising in the mall or wandering around the street? Cowboy and bowler hats have been replaced by baseball caps, but trilby hats are coming into fashion too.

I wear a baseball type cap most of the time but I sure love my Panama hat. I need a new one but good hats are expensive.

nowadays i only wear them from time to time so i'd vote for baseball caps!

I never wear caps, just a winter hat with a pom-pom on it for cold winter days.

I think all are good if does suit the person that wear it but also need to suit the place too and the rest of the clothes.

I don't use any of them and I don't prefer one to the other but I do use them only on rare occasions for I prefer going out like that without a hat or a cap
