I never have liked South Park much. Unfortunately, it seems that comedy these days thrives off of offending people. But hey, who am I to complain?

I think people need to lighten up and have a sense of humour. Of course it's tragic that Steve Irwin is dead, but that doesn't make him a sacred topic.

Agreed. You might notice too that if you ever watch SNL, they do the same thing

South Park can never go to far because...well....it's made out of cardboard. That's my opinion. LONG LIVE SOUTH PARK!!!

SOuthpark strives off of pissing everyone off. It is their attempt to break the status quo mold. From what i hear Steve Irwin Loved practical jokes and comedy so he might of liked it. They seem to be wanting to push the envelope this year so i hope it doesnt go too far but it would be hypocritcal that i laugh when they make fun of things i dont agree i agree with them on and not laught when its something im feel close to

Yeah come on people it wasn't that bad. Yeah he died, but what he did for a living was dangerous. He took the risk of dying every day. However it is sad that he tied, crazy bloke. Oh yeah South Park has done way worse.

Southpark doesn't try to purposely offend people. It uses the stuff in real life to entertain and make people laugh. And for the record, South Park has done worse in this season alone.

Well, see, the thing about South Park is that it's hilarious, and sort of wants to offend people.

You'd be surprised at how accurate some of the things they do are. The South Park movie? What's weird is that a lot of the jokes were things only a Canadian would get (ditto the Terrence and Philip episode).

You have to be an absolute genius and also crazy to get away with comedy like South Park. It's kind of an aquired taste. Either you find it hilarious, or you find it offensive.

Honestly, I don't think south park gives a shit who it offends. i think the creators would make the same jokes if they weren't one of the best shows ever.

judging from this, i guess you haven't seen the episode from later in the same season where a doctor says:

"If that team doesn't win, this kid is gonna die faster than steve irwin in a tank of sting rays."

They do the things they do to offend people, see Scientology, Catholics, Tom Cruise. You name it and they will offend somebody with.

IMO it was not offensive or tasteless. When I saw it though, I thought, WOW they are gonna piss some people off with that. That is Southpark for ya though. If it offended you then you are probably offended by most of Southpark. Otherwise it would be like with Chef and calling the kettle black. Chef was on that show while it poked fun at so many topics like Jews, Catholics, blacks, hispanics, Canadians, but when it came to his religion, Scientology, that is where he drew the line.

"This video has been removed due to terms of use violation." I think I saw this one though, the one where Satan had a super sweet 16 party right? Anyway, if that's the one that wasn't bad at all. I mean, did anyone see the Christmas episode this year, where Jesus and Santa go on a killing spree in Iraq? Now THAT could offend someone, but still, it's a cartoon, don't take life so seriously.

Finally, first to say.... That was horrible. South Park is not funny at all. It is just extremely disrespectful. There is nothing funny about South Park.

"I'm Mr. Hanky the poo!"
"F*ckity F*ck F*ck!"
"Mr. Chokesond*ck"

HAHA!

No, it is not funny.

Just out of curiosity, what do you find funny? I was just wondering.
