You guys get many trick or treaters? Last year I think we had 6 - I think it'll be even less this year.

I remember "back in the day" my parents would get over 100, it was madness, lol.

We stopped giving out candy a few years ago, after our neighborhood activity declined on Halloween. First year we were here I ran out of candy quickly w/ probably 100 or more. Last year that we gave out candy I think we had a handful.

No, we have dressed up before, but it is kind of a down year for us with everyone being ill, or spouses being ill

Uhh, all the more reason to dress up, duh!!! My shift was the only one that really participated in a big way. I just hate to see us ask for something, get it, and then not participate.

a mom and her little girl just knocked on my door and i didnt have any damn candy!! that sucked, i already put a note on my door so i don't have to let down any more kiddos

I didn't hand out candy, but a neighbor said she had well over 100 kids come by! That's impressive for around here.
