I love chocolate and chocolate cakes, but for some reason I don't like cakes with a lot of frosting and creamy stuff.. I tend to like simple and plain deserts..
Having said that.. there is no way that I won't stuff my face with my birthday cake..
I'll probably do what I always do with a big cake... I'll eat a lot tonight and tomorrow... then cut the rest of it in portions, wrap them tight, and freeze them..
That way, I will have my cake and eat it too... for a long time to come..
