Im a bad liar so I would definately get cought but thats not the reason y I wouldnt cheat. I have been cheated on and know how it feels even in a fairly short relationship so I couldnt do that to anyone.

what really gets me is how people, single or not, will say i wouldnt mind cheatin on my partner and then they start havin an affair but when their partner cheats on them they go mental and start hurtin and upsettin the other 1.

when you love someone, you don't even think about other people, they are simply not interessting to you anymore. I believe that when a couple is 100% good, no other person can come between them. If someone is unfaithful, clearly it doesn't love the other person. You may care for that person, but real love doesn't cheat, not because it doesn't want to or knows it's wrong, but because it doesn't even think there is that possibility.

My thoughts have always been that if you feel the need or desire to Cheat on your SO, then there is a problem, you can choose to try and find the problem, and fix it.. If you dont, Then at least have the respect enough to end the relationship rather then lie to yourself and continue in it when you know you are being unfaithful.

And to twist this slightly: it works the other way around too. If you don't love the person you're with, I can certainly see how love for someone else could tear apart a relationship built on responsibility and loyalty alone.
