Guest playing games

As of now, I am allowing guests to play games in the arcade room. They do not need tokenz to play, they will win no tokenz, and cannot submit scores. But, they can play

I did this because we've gotten 10,000 hits for the games from guests, and I figured what the hell, so long as they don't destroy bandwidth too much
