That's odd because my buddy actually lives there and he says it's 60. huh.

I'm a weather technician. I fix gear for the observers/forecasters. If they say it's 75, it's 75 dammit :D It definitely feels hot as hell, I just came from Quantico (very northern VA) and it is fucking freezing there!

Well I just got off the phone with him and he's got a thermometer on the outside of his apartment window and it says 62 right now. So yeah.

and? Temp changes as the day goes on, what's that got to do with anything? The two times I called him it was 62. But I get what you're trying to say. No points off for trying.

Either way I certainly wouldn't bitch if it was 62 degrees here, that sounds pretty damn nice right about now. :D

Make sure you watch the sun set from Sunset Cliffs park in SD. The breeze gets chilly after so long, but the view is spectacular. Also, the hills of Mission Beach sing when the sun is setting in front of them. And La Jolla Cove has some cute little seal pups for you to take a gander at if you love little sea creatures. Point Loma/Cabrillo National Monument is pretty cool if you want to see the city from above. Coronado is friggin' amazing at night when looking across the bay at SD. Postcard view if you ask me. If you get a chance to leave for a day or so hit up Palisades Park in Santa Monica. That's the most beautiful place I have ever been to in my existance, but the beach is a little dirty. Stick to the shops and the pier. Hollywood is pretty ghetto, but Beverly Hills looks no different than in the movies. It's still neat to see it in real life, though. I swear I'll move to Cali one day.
