It reminds me very much of the cormorants we see around here or maybe more so something in the Mersanger family line.

You should see the wildlife around my pond and on the acreage out here. Maybe I'll try to snap a few pictures once summer hits and things start moving again and post them here. Keep in mind..... I do not take very good pictures. So it will be what it will be.
