There's good environmental reasons for not allowing someone to catch them with nets, they don't just make rules up like that for the hell of it. If he's a fisherman who's some dumb that he dosen't know the laws about fishing, he deserves to have it taken off him and should stop crying like a little bitch and be glad he didn't get fined.

Why do you republicans keep calling them regulations, like they're a bad thing?

They are not fucking regulations! They are laws. Remember the constitution where it states that we are a nation of laws?

Break a law and reap the consequences....




If I use a net to scoop a trout out of my stream, it will be taken away and I will be fined. You aren't going to hear me bitch and whine about it. And it's not a regulation, it a law.
