I have always wondered what a Floridian accent sounds like......I know folks from there, they are kind of middle states yankee's:D

Not totally South, not totally North.....In betweener's:p
 
heh, i used to live up near atlantic city, almost right next to it, or something similar, foggy times in my mind...

anytime i go up north, all my relatives comment on my southern accent.

in any event, james you cheeky fuckuh (to use boomer's and others' spellings), you got to speak with veronica!

I've actually gotten to talk to Vs quite a bit. A lot of times it was about forum stuff, but there have been lots of pleasantries.

When I was driving home from Texas, I drove right by the exit where Amy lives and I texted Vs about that and she calls and goes "why don't you stop by and visit?" lol

florida does not have accents. that is a fact.

other facts include:

having annoying stereotypes by those who are not fortunate enough to have floridian property; huge premiums for hurricane insurance, if even offered hurricane insurance; disney land; daytona 500;

just a few of the myriad amount of facts presentable to anyone inquiring about floridians.
