had two cups before the trainer today....yesterday was a big no no as I had half (yeah, just half) of one...had no energy...it was awful

Had my 2 cups. This is my first day off in 8 days. My knee was hurting so I took a Lortab when I went to bed this morning. Didn't wake up until 5 PM. :24:
