good fast diet?

You do that as a Fasting drink and nothing more.. it is a harsh fasting diet.. it is to cleanse your body and that is all that you have to drink... I have more to give if you want them.....
P.S. when I said that is all that you have to drink, I meant that is all and NOTHING more, no food...
