I totally don't advocate diets like this...but I want to do something the week of my wedding that will help me lose water weight, because unfortunately I will be ragging that week and bloated I know the cabbage soup diet and stuff like that isn't super healthy but I only plan on doing it that week, I want to look my best in my pictures. So what's a good one to try? I don't really want to take pills...just some crazy fat melter diet or something. I thought about the juice diet...
