We cauught between 35 & 40. This was the biggest of the day. Outside of hooking myself in the thumb past the barb.

Funny finding this thread.

My brother and I went fishing this morning. Left at 4am and went to the Jersey shore to do a little fluke fishing from the beach.
Nailed about 70-80 with only my one keeper (Need to be 18" this year)
I'll steam those filets up with some rice and fresh veggies tonight...

Looks like you got some nice large mouth. You frying any up tonight?

The biggest one was after I spilt my blood in the water. I caught 3 or 4 over 2 pounds the others were around a pound except a couple of very aggressive runts.

My son and friends went fishing too. I am hoping they'll catch some ! I love fish esp when freshly caught. Tastes much better when cooked compared to frozen ones/store bought.

Her is a picture of one of the fish Logan caught last week.
He caught several 17" Summer Fluke (Flounder)
The great part was, the only thing I did was cast the pole out for him. He jigged the lure and reeled it in all by himself. The look on his face as he was when he was concentrating on reeling it in was priceless.
