Going to WR for the day

Yea, started with the eggs..

It was just a very bad day. We looked at alot of houses, then found out the houses we were looking at were only allowed to be rented by people w/ higher than 600 credit rating. Mine is around 580 from medical bills, ect. SOOO.. All the houses I looked at, I am not able to even think about because of that. Apartments are out too because they check credit. I also found out that they dont count child support as income because there are so many dads out there that dont pay, soooo I have to get something that I can afford with ONLY my income, which means Ill be living in a shack. umm.. Oh yea, and my car broke down!!!!!

So, I cried for about 2-3 hours straight today.

V, I am sure you can get an apt. My credit score is worse than yours and I've been on 3 apartment leases so far. My score has been below 580 for a few years now. Don't ask me why. lol. Sorry you had a bad day, I hope things look up for you soon.

i'm sorry but this is where Joe needs to help out if he's any kind of man , i don't like to point anyone this way but have you looked into a moble home i lived in one it wasn't so bad just untill things get better , but get Joe to put the rental under both your names if he says no tell him to call me.

Everything bad that has ever happened to me has always turned out to be a good thing in the long run. End up being in a better place in life when its all said and done.

You know I never candy-coat anything. This is one giant test for your will power. Just keep your chin up. All you can do at this point is to take it day by day, which you are doing. It will work out, it always does. Life throws us curve balls and you have gotten some pretty wicked ones lately.

On a side note, they have to take child support as income if it is COURT ORDERED. I mean seriously, some companies fire employees all the time, but they still take paystubs as income. You will also find someone to rent to you with your credit score, its actually not all that bad when you look at the big picture. Just keep looking and never, I mean never give up hope.

She specifically told me they couldnt take child support as income.. I was sooo pissed off because I dont make THAT much working with 911. I mean, I make more than say a delivery driver or a waitress or something, but not great amounts.. SO, Living on my own SINGLE w/ two kids, on JUST my income wont get me anything... I dunno.. Im gonna call a few places after I get back from picking up jacob. Im really disappointed with everything. Now I have to worry about my car getting fixed too

I am surprised that she said that to you. Especially the reasoning behind it. Let me know how it goes. What happened with the car by the way? I know it broke down, but what specifically happened to it?
