Looks like a retirement center :rofl No really, seems like a nice place for the price. Just make sure its not in the crappy part of town for that price. My brother lives in Columbus. The first place he lived wasn't a very nice neighborhood. His truck and apartment both got broken into. So he moved to a nicer neighborhood, and his apt got broken into twice, and his truck got his window shot out. Maybe he's just unlucky? But make sure you check out the crime rate around there.

Yeah it's on the north side of Ft Wayne, about a mile or so away from my brothers house. The bad side of town is basically teh south. Crime, drama, bullshit.

The west side is the rich side... and the east side is New haven which is where I work.

Well Matt is going to go with his dad tomorrow to check out the apartment and put down teh 49 deposit to hold the last apartment available.

They sold one over night the first day he called them, and they have like one place left which is a 2b layout... basically the layout that I want. lol

So if I can get out there at 4 pm tomorrow I'm gonna go put my down payment on it to hold the apartment for us... then over the next three weeks I'll be packing and moving.

Yeah it can be... it took me at least 4-5 trips using my brothers pickup and my car to move shit in September-October.

Now I get to do it all over again... *sigh* but I won't have to work with my brother all day and then come home and see him after work anymore!!

I was down there in '04 for those fires. It was freaky. Brown and red skys, ash falling like snow. Crazy.
