going running

im tired of making up excuses. im just gonna do it. fuck the fact that it is like 100 degrees. I need to do this. I'm taking my dog with me. I hope I make it back alive.

nope i cant go to the gym, that would mean putting it off and if i have ANY motivation to workout these days i need to take advantage of it immediately or it will go away. lol.
