It would probably be hard to Quit smoking cigarettes without quitting smoking herb. When you get stoned you'll be much more likely to say, "Ah screw it, let me bum a cig from ya..." Then find yourself starting up again. I smoke cigarettes but I'm subject to random drug screening so I can't get high... Except maybe the very rare Friday night if I'm around the right (wrong?) people...

I have a buddy that quit smoking both about a year ago... He still joins me on my smoke break a lot of times... I don't know how he does it... But he says it stinks to him now... I guess I can understand that...

i say quit both. i used to smoke alot when i was a teenager and it was not healthy. i never smoked pot but i say quit that too cause that shit stinks. a friend of mine grew up with it all her life and she started to do it and then stopped and when ever she smells weed it brings back memories of when she was a kid.

California has gotten so crazy on cigs it's not even worth it anymore. Can't smoke in ANY buildings, including bars. If there is a designated smoking area outside the buildings, it has to be so many feet away from a thuroghfare and doors. If they catch you dropping a butt (I agree with this one totally) it's a minimum $250 dollar fine. All that, and they cost 5 bucks a pack half the time.... I quit just in time not to go insane. Now I just stick to the sause. :booze :lol :lol

I hate Cig smoke, I don't even hang out with anyone who smokes cigs, I fucking hate them. They burn the piss out of my nose and eyes and I HATE smelling like it.

But weed, I could inhale smoke and rub ashes in my eyes and it wouldn't annoy me at all. Bwahahhahaha

I'm trying to quit now. The cold turkey thing didn't work out.....i was all stressy and annoyed all my friends. They said "just have a fuckin cigarette Bill" LOL

So, I've been cutting WAY back.

Ya know, there are other things too that fix the "oral fixation". Wow, come to think of it....now I want a cigarette. over 3 years since I quit. Just don't cheat and eventually you'll find it easier.
