I just found out a few minutes ago another friend has died. He was only 4 years older than me. I have been to way too many funerals recently.

…I’m so very sorry to hear of your loss, Fred….I recall when my dad would say that he felt as though attending funerals was what he did most…💔…it does suck, completely…but then you’ll get to leave the funeral, which sadly won’t be so for your friend…

Bob and Terry were our concert buddies. They moved away about a year ago to be closer to family. Bob's passing seems unexpected so I am assuming a heart attack or an accident.

…it’s often strange how things order themselves…Terry is now near the family support that is going to be so much needed and such a comfort…

It's horrible losing friends, I'm very sorry you are. It's very difficult. We don't think about death of friends but it happens. Strangely enough I was asking my dad what it's like to be the only one living of his friends.... I just couldn't imagine not having mine when I am older. I've only lost one to cancer and I still cry every so often when I think about what she and I used to get up to. So yes, I am very sorry for your loss, its not nice at all... at all. 😔

She prepared his breakfast yesterday morning while he was in another room petting their dogs. When she had breakfast ready she found he had passed way while petting the dogs.

…that’s so incredibly difficult, Fred…for her and the family it will be very difficult to come to terms with his sudden shock death…

…with my dad…?..he went to post a letter and then on the way home, he just fell and we lost him…we always knew that his aneurism would shift and that he would be gone within seconds…its difficult to think that he was alone…but I also know and feel that was a great way, that there was no illness and no suffering and no pain…he would have said, yes I’ll take that….with my mum, she had Alzheimer’s for many years…an awful disease that takes away everything a person is in life…./..their very essence, a blessing/positive also though because she didn’t have to go through a grief anymore of losing the love of her life….she had much physical illness through her Alzheimer’s…prolonged illnesses for many years before she died…that’s another kind of difficult…there is no easy way, I’m so sorry for your loss of a dear friend….💔
