What made you post this the Man ?

To show that a thug just never knows who he is going up against.
Additionally its a good thing it was taped since the guy was able to run about thirty feet once getting capped....Otherwise some could have claimed the guy was shot where he fell and never posed a threat to the man in the vehicle.
