I don't really see the point of it, even if it was to lose weight. Your weight will probably yo-yo and there would be some side-effects. And who the hell wants to take tablets every day, that's the shit way to get vitamins. Eating is so much more satisfying, it's a basic human drive for god's sake.

Its unhealthy....What parents do often times children follow,or even worse children are made to follow this diet.well I dont think Id go that far, thats kinda harsh
its really an opinionated topic and a sensitive one for some i suppose because there is not an extensive research out there to support whether or not a specific diet is considered healthy or not... even though there are some articles out there suggesting otherwise... most of those have much too small sample sizes or are controversial. I wouldn't think an all fruit diet would be THAT good for you. I mean, sure, fruits are good for you...but they're also chock full of sugar (most of them, at least...cherries are the lowest on the glycemic index).
PLUS I was told eating too much fruit wasn't good for your body.
