A pirate walks into a doctors office and says
"Ahoy sawbones, oui have me a major problem matey"
The Doctor looks down and sees that the pirate has a steering wheel hanging out of the fly of his pants.
The doctor says "Why ever do you have a steering wheel hanging out of the fly of your pants"
"Arghhh I dunno but it's driving me nuts"
