I love chips on a sandwich, but the gravy thing...wow..thats like...pure genius.

I got the idea from me mums old mashed potato inside rolled up ham and skewered with a toothpick

MUST HAVE 70's party food.:thumbup

No bread necessary for my feast....the ham keeps it all together.

yeah my mum did the same thing..only with baloney and egg-salad.
quintessential beehive haired housewife food of the 70's!
ok, here's another one,
KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) French fries smothered in gravy then rolled up into the chicken skins (peeled off the chicken) THEN all of that dipped into the gravy.
It's messy and great.

I don't put ketchup on my chips becuase I hate it.

I have to have salt and vinegar on my chips when I have them though.
