Freeze warning tonight

Already near freezing so I let our old cat in so she will stay warm. My wife is not home and the cat has been meowing at the top of her lungs looking for attention. She finally got quiet and I went looking for her. Looks like she is claiming my pillow as the best place to sun herself.

Cute cat! Good for you for letting her in. The high here has been in the 20's and people still leave their pets outside. It makes me sad. These poor dogs and cats aren't accustomed to these temperatures.

Actually snowed here on Sunday. Just flurries and nothing stuck, but still...

Earliest it's ever snowed here in the 13 winters I've been here.

It would be bizarre if, after 4 years in the German Alps, I actually got my first white Christmas in Atlanta. :24:

We invited the family to our house for Christmas one year when we lived in Dothan, Alabama. It snowed Christmas day in Dothan even stuck a little.

By the way that is akin to snowing in Hell.
