You cut them in half and put them on a baking sheet cut side down. Sprinkle them with olive oil and sea salt. Put them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes (slightly brown on top)
It will be the best Brussels sprouts you ever had. They don't get soggy and will be nice and sweet

I, too, have seen the light about sprouts. I found them mushy and bitter but it's all in preparation, as Tim said. They can be so yummy.

Hmmm I have never tried them.... so maybe some day I will... but it will have to be someone that I know can cook them right!

I like a lot of different kinds of sprouts...but brussell sprouts are fucking disgusting.

brussel sprouts, not what first came to mind when I read that there are so many out there, bean sprouts, alphafa sprouts I like them all :)
