a lot of people do not understand it is not what you eat it is how much you eat .. a healthy meal can make bad your health too as a bad meal if you eat too much
also good to eat everything that is the best diet and know how much to have of what food .. ok there are bad food around that best not to have at all but i guess ok if it is sometimes .. and i think both ladies look great

I only know one 'vegan' in real life. I work with her. She is sick quite a bit and it takes awhile for her to get over it.

I don't know if its because she doesn't eat meat or because her immune system sucks. Or if it sucks because she doesn't eat meat?

I should say I've watched "You are what you eat". That is indeed a shit picture of Gilly. Saying that doesn't mean I'm endorsing her way of living. Tho, it does give results to those who follow it and seeing those tables full of fresh veggies & stuff looks good and the tables full of the crap her participants are eating look quite gross.

I've seen Nigella's show too. I haven't bothered to try to figure out how to convert her recipes to our measurements. But her food looks good too :cool But it wouldn't surprise me that she's a princess.

Heck, both Gilly & Nigella can be a bit princessey at times. Tho Gilly does Drill Sargent better :24:
