It's not at all foggy over here in Indiana. The reason being is that it didn't rain at all in weeks. I like the rain and everything, but if it creates fog I would rather it not rain. Could you imagine getting in a wreck over fog?

In my opinion fog can be a good thing. When it's Halloween you can act Luke a coast in a foggy corn field. This will make you look way more spooky. Other than that fog isn't cool.
