Stay away from this street drug..Have been cases reported in Nevada ,Arizona ,and Illinois maybe more.

Very nasty stuff...Its a synthetic heroin...If you know anyone who could be at risk educate them now.
I am afraid this is going to just be the beginning.
Push for legislation that the production of this drug to carry very harsh sentences.

If you know any drug users at all they could end up with this super cheap "fake heroin"
I am afraid it will become an epidemic....Every time the govt slams down on a class of drugs the public adapts and comes along with something else...With the war on meth and various other wars we end up with this as a result.
