First race offer... already?!

Haven't driven teh car in 5 weeks until last night. Today was the first time my car has been out in the day light. So I went to wendy's to get some dinner and some kids in a stock (air filter) 3rd gen firebird pull up and ask me what my car has.

So I tell them header/intake. That's it. He calls BS. lol I'm like dude, ok. He wants to race me sometime in the Firebird. He said he's seen my car around and was impressed with it, but I've never seen him before in my life.

So as I was leaving I got on it through 3rd gear for them so they could hear my cut CAI and header with a slight leak out of the mani-cat connection.

Maybe I'll see him around sometime, but I'm not racing in New Haven. I've had this header on ONE day... hahaha

when you see an SI you usually remember it..there arnet that many of them out there. lol.

Thats true, but my Si badge is no longer on the car. I don't think he has any idea it even IS an Si. lol

I like the clean shaved look. to me it just looks cleaner and doesn't break the lines of the car. I pulled the pinstriping off the side too.

Eventually that H symbol will be painted black and glued back on to 'hide' it.

I don't really street race, I have nothing to prove about my car. I just want a custom car built with the modifications I like.

Yeah I know I have oil spots on my valve cover.


I need to wash the grille, but the H emblem being removed gives that grille a MUCH cleaner look.




and yeah the car needs to be washed badly.

the first pic is of the exhaust manifold with the heat shield on it.
