We live in an age of technology and information and communication. It's no longer about phone calls, it's about emails. What time in the morning do you first check your email, and the last time before you go to sleep?

I check my personal emails as soon as I wake up in bed and my work emails as soon as I get into the office.

I then just check them during the day as I get them.

The first time I check e-mails is the when I wake up in the morning, which I would have to look at my phone to see if there is any new e-mail. The last time I check my e-mails when I go home after work, which is between 9 to 10 o'clock at night.

I check my emails as soon as I wake up, since there's usually things I need to do based around the emails that I'll receive and the sooner I know what's going on the sooner I can act.

I check my email every 30 minutes if i am online and i don't care about it if i am offline. I don't read emails on my phone, so, once i open a browser on a desktop, one of my first task is to open my mail. I might not read them but browse to see if there's an important mail that require immediate attention.

I check my emails typically when I wake up. I have three accounts that come to my phone, 2 personal and 1 work. I'll scan and see if anything is important and, if not, will wait until later to actually read. I check my work email accounts when I get to work as well (my secondary job's emails don't come to my phone).

I don't check my email before going to bed, usually, b/c I only have 10 hours between the end of one work day and the beginning of the next, 2 of which are spent traveling and 1 hour of which is spent getting ready for work.

As soon as I wake up. I then get changed and have breakfast, then check them before I leave for work. When I get to work, I'm checking them all day as I work for an IT company :p
