It's an old movie about this German experiment where they take Hiltlers jizzz and clone a bunch of babies and adopt them out to families adopting a child without the parents knowledge of the Hitler cloning. Then the kids are monitored as they grow up to see signs of Hitlerness. The freaky part is all of the boys look identical.......kinda like Joe.
I will almost guarantee they will make a remake of this movie because now cloning is actually a reality, but back when the movie was made, it was just the writers imagination.
