FINALLY took my car to the track..

Ran an 13.89 at 98.xx, then they kicked me off for no helmet. It's definitely got more in it, i didnt get much of a chance to figure stuff since It was my first time. Overall I guess im content with it considering the circumstances.

They kicked you off for no helmet and you ran a high 13??? I though the time had to be alot lower for that.

for somereason the track rule is anything under 14's you have to have a helmet.

Maybe they mainly have ricers come to the track and for them thats insane speed :dunno Well get a helmet and go whoop some ass :booze That 13 is a heckuvalot fast than my 6 banger

what got me is, some people were running faster than that with no helmet... so i dont know what the deal is. There was a freaking neon running 10's, it wasn't the srt'4 either. Also a hell of a nice STI running 12.0x's all night

oh yeah, the track is loaded with stangs... there was a turbo'd 01-03 GT running mid 11's, lots of 80's 90's... an 86 stang ( i think) was running consitant 8.0x all night, a couple other's were running high 8's low 9's. there was a mach 1 running low 13's, umm.. another stang like mine with some engine work running mid to low 12's, he was hoping to get into the 11's but the weather was bad... humitidy was 100%

Man that sounds awesome, I've never been to the track yet. Don't see any need to take my car. Seeing cars like that would make me want to S/C my car, or do something to go faster lol.

I really liked that car too, but I love my 05. I drove by my Ford place and saw them unloading this, so I pulled in and test drove it. 2 days later it was mine I fell in love.

I don't know, im mixed now. I'm probably gonna go to the track until I sell it, but now i want to put more money into it... who knows?
