I dunno the b16 head is pretty good in itself. If I could find a bare ITR head for cheap I just might go for it, since it's basically a ported b16 head.

It's not really that hard...

B = dohc, Usually DOHC VTEC, with exceptions like the b18a, b18b, b20 series.

16= displacement guide, 16=1.6, 18=1.8, 20=2.0L
