File resize(Not image)

Can somebody help resize the overal size of the file? It's animated, so I haven't been able to find anbody that can. I'm using it for AIM(Irony is it's made for AIM, just too damn big!), so it needs to be below 7168 bytes. Whoever can do this gets major rep!
