Favorite Cocktail?

What is everyone's favorite cocktail? I really despise the word cocktail and I never call them that, but it seemed like a good way to ask the question.

Anyway if I am at home, if I am not drinking rum or scotch straight up then I often mix a Manhattan or a Tom Collins.

If I am out and it's hot, I always have a Mojito.

How about you?

I think you can, was illegal just about everywhere, 10 years or so ago, lot more places where it's legal now though, praise be the green fairy! :nod:

Haven't had absinthe and it had been illegal for a while in the states but they've legalized it now.

Any way my favorite drink is Knob Creek and just splash of ginger ale.
