Your QB got you 40 points. :p The first game of the season was tonight. You've got a pretty good chance of winning going into this weekend...lol

Was Larry playing? I better go and look. I have literally no idea what any of this means, I just understand that '40' is better than '0'.

Nah, Larry wasn't playing. There was only one game tonight... Green Bay Packers vs. New Orleans Saints. Games are generally played on Sunday morning/afternoon, Sunday night, and Monday night. Later on in the year there are Thursday night games, and then the last two weeks of the season (and first two weeks of the playoffs) have Saturday games.

Basically, your QB played very well... he threw the ball for over 400 yards, which got you points, plus bonus points for going over 400 yards, and he also threw three touchdown passes, each of which were worth 6 points. You also had a receiver for the other team... he caught 7 passes (7 points), for 89 yards (8.9 points) and 1 touchdown (6 points).

Having now logged in, it appears I did ridiculously well.

Obviously my strategy for picking players was a winner :D

and the first full day of football is in the books... with some of our matchups already over.

I know that I spent the entire Cowboys/Jets game hoping that Santonio Holmes would have to leave the game for some reason.

Oh, and it's pretty hilarious to me that my team still found a way to win (barely), when I was an idiot and started an injured kicker. :24: Thank you Steve Smith (and Cam Newton for throwing the ball to him so many times).

Nobody had Newton, I picked him up afterwards though... for when he has another favorable matchup. Brady was just sick... I don't know what the Dolphins secondary was doing, but they were leaving the Pats receivers open on slants all game long.

it seemed the time Brady had was insane...and the Tight Ends were doing their job. that pass to Welker was icing on the cake!
