Family Traditions in a Changing World

Globalization and technology shift how traditions are passed down. Have you held onto old customs in your family? What challenges or joys have you found in maintaining them?

We are still following a lot of family traditions, for instance every October our extended families gather for festivities. We visit house,s eat and drink. However, it is also difficult to keep up, and one main reasons is time limitation. Higher expenses is also a big problem.

Yes, we try to keep old customs alive, like celebrating festivals and traditional meals together. The challenge is balancing them with modern lifestyles, but the joy comes from connecting with our roots and seeing younger family members appreciate these traditions.

Family traditions might be changing. In my own country, things are changing as well. People living in joint family are now living separately as a single family. This trend has been growing in my country.
