so yeah I was talking to homer on the phone and then all of a sudden my call got dropped...so I went to call back and I got a busy signal.....I waited a few minutes and got another busy signal...so I went ahead to try and call a few friends and all I got was busy busy busy....I recieved a voicemail and yet again got a busy signal....now I can still send text messages and recieve phone calls but I can't make any out going calls....so I call sprint...they have me on the phone with some guy that can barely speak english....OH FUCKING JOY!!!!!btw :fu guy that can barely speak english...he's a fucking moron and tries to transfer me and winds up screwing that up....now I'm pissed because I just got hung up on...so I call back to sprint again and yet again another ass than can barely speak english and now I have to go through the whole process again on giving them my info. telling them the problem and like the first guy he has no idea whats going on and tries to transfer me to a higher up....I bet you can't guess what happened next....yup the fucking idiot hung up on me too..... :fu you fucking idiot....where do they get these people...I mean really....so now my blood is boiling and I'm trying to maintain my cool.....barely working.....so I call again and this time I got and english speaking person......yahtzee!!!! I go through the whole thing again with her and wouldn't you know it she was right next to someone that had a clue on what was going on...so she passed the phone or headset or what ever the hell they use and I'm talking to someone with a lil knowledge....yay for me right....right....yup yay for me because within just a few minutes of talking to them they were able to tell me that sprint is having problems with their towers here in Md....she took some additional info from me and let me know what was going on....the only bad part is that I wont be able to make a call for anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours depending how long it takes them to fix their issues...I started this whole process at 1630 or 430 for you civilian types and just got done now 2 hours and 15 minutes later....god damn idiots.....now I get to play the waiting game...I'm done venting for the moment

damn that has to suck. i used sprint a long time ago..the most recent providers i had used was tmobile and cingular and to be honest i personally had the best service with tmobile. :dunno

Sprint is getting sued in Kansas (their world HQ) because they were charging customers from 98-02 too much on 'regulatory fees'.

I got a notice in the mail about it... yay.

I use to have Sprint and it sucked majorally! I couldnt get service hardly anywhere with Sprint. So I went to Alltel. So far Ive gotten service everywhere I have gone.
And the deal with the foreigners. yeah let me tell you, that happened to me when I had internet service with Earthlink. They were trying to charge me for things that I had no idea about so I called them and I got some Arabian dude and I didnt understand a lick of what he was telling me. So I went off on him and just hung up I was wasting my breath talking to him.

this is the 1st real problem I've had with sprint actually they have been pretty good other than having a weak signal here

glad i stopped in because mom and i were trying to get you on the phone , i'll let mom know all is well and talk to you when ever , don't let it get to you .

I switched from Verizon to Sprint, and I have had constant problems with them, they have screwed with my billing, my service, my plan.

It could take up to 6 hours for me to get text messages, they said it was a tech issue to go in to the sprint store and have my phone updated, the sprint store sais it's a tower issue call Customer service, Tech support sais the issue has been resolved, then I am informed That It is bcse I am turning off my phone, ( which is never turned off) , Sprint has more tower issues causing the phone to ring like 20 times to the caller, and by the time you hear it ringing, they are already giving up.. If you ever hear it ringing.. Damn I will be glad when my contract is up.
