Well this is the European championships which have had some shock winners in recent years. Greece had never won a game in major finals before last time and Denmark won it a few years ago after getting in by default after the collapse of Yugoslavia. Think the favorites have got to be Italy, Holland, France and Portugal. Germany and Spain are a good bet after that though I'd write off Spain because they always look good on paper and always and I really do mean ALWAYS fall flat on their face. Czech republic are a good outside bet though and have a great manager in Slaven Bilic.

to be honest......i dont think romania have a prayer of getting out of the group phase nevermind winning it....not with being in a group containing france,italy and holland

and the turks are a good long shot......they're group is very do-able...czech,portugal and switzerland

cool_breeze.....switzerland......not fancied but being one of the hosts they have home advantage

doveshit....turkey......again a side that needs to live up to past teams...unlikely winners

natasha.....austria......the other host nation.....although unfancied

audraa......croatia.....a very good dark horse.....not to be written off

peter parka.....germany.....one of the favourites.....never far away

ria.....poland.....again unfancied

groundpowder...france.....one of the hot favourites.....france will either give us stuff of dreams or fall flat on they're faces

zorak....italy....being the current world champions a good bet

skyblue....holland......the dutch always play fantastic football but need to live up to the glories of the 70's....another good bet

jersey....romania.....unlikely but you never know

temperamental....greece.....sorry but the current holders are unlikely to perform the heroics of 4 years ago

vshayes....spain.....the spanish always flatter to decieve....maybe this will be they're year

So, as you know Sky, I have no idea at all about football, so please could you explain what this all means for me? LOL. As you also know, I just thought I'd join in too, to be a sport and all that. :D

So, Poland aren't good at football then no? That'll figure for me to end up with a no go team then, sounds about right, hahaha. Still, glad I took part even though I know nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuting about it all.:24:
