Sometimes you might have issues with your employer and you might be at the risk of getting fired, what do you do in a situation like this? Well, once I had a verbal war with my employer, he threatened I could be fired. I didn't give him that opportunity, I quit before I was fired. When you hear rumors that your boss wants to fire you. what do you do, do you wait for the confirmation or do not wait until the final decision? Do you stay in a job where you are having troubles until you start applying for other jobs, get hired based on your track record, and resign before any damage is done?

I have resigned twice before I was fired. Anf the two times, it was because I broke the rule of the organization that I knew they were looking actively to replace me. I left before they could fire me.
