Oh I met Sidney Crosby once at Stokes at the MicMac Mall in Dartmouth...he was buying a kettle for his mother.

The only person I met is Marc Bannerman. He came to a nightclub with his brother. His brother took a liking to me, and my sister went and gave him my phonenumber.
Chatting me up all night, but I wasn't interested.

So got home at 1am, and found he had tried phoning me when he got into the limo with Marc, and my boyfriend answered. He cheekily left his phonenumber. I phoned the next morning to ask him to leave me alone

Let's see... I met some professional wrestlers in the Amarillo airport, and my boss and I talked to Eddie Guerrero for about 15 minutes while we were waiting to board our plane. He was actually one of the nicest people I've ever met, and I was genuinely sad when he died. I met Tommy John (the one the surgery is named after), and he was an asshole.

I honestly think that's really about it. I've never really been anywhere that I'd come across anyone famous other than at DFW where I think I may have seen some famous type people, but never actually met them.

I have met several pro football players. Most of them were in college at the time. Was pretty good friends with several of them. Met Deion Sanders, Charlie Ward, Derrick Brooks, Samari Rolle, Warrick Dunn, ..... These were are Florida State football players that went pro. I sang karoake with Pauli Shore in Panama City Beach. It wasnt on purpose. He was drunk and our groups just happened to be at the same empty bar.

Oh wait... I played baseball against and soccer with Aaron Hill when we were kids (baseball player, now with the Diamondbacks), and have met both Lorenzo Neal (NFL fullback) and David Carr (NFL QB).

I met Charlton Heston at an NRA Republican political rally in Perry Georgia back in my conservobot days. He was president of the NRA at that time. Shook his hand and chatted for a few minutes. He was a lot smaller man than I would have imagined, and pretty frail since he was getting on in years. Really nice approachable guy.

Met Linda Blair (The Exorcist) at a festival in Yucca Valley California around 1984.

Rula Lenska held me as a baby according to my mum at a Christmas Light Turn-On in either 1990 or 1991. She was the big star who turned on the lights or something and I was near the front crying and Rula picked me up.

Of course, I don't remember this. My mum only told me about it when I was watching Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 and asked who on earth Rula Lenska was and why she was a celebrity.
