with doveshits turks beating the croats and peters germans beating the portuguese it leaves the germans as red hot favourites to reach the final

tonights game is my dutch side v charlie2291's russians and tomorrows game between veronicas spanish v zoraks italians will decide the other semi finalists

if any of you americans can access european television i advise you to watch these 2 games as they promise to be fantastic games

it looked like the italians were looking for penalties from the first minute as they lacked invention,adventure and a will to attack.......they stifled a game which could have been so good

the better team go through
 
Di Natale is son of a ***** ... I am so glad he was the one who missed it...

yay, gratz Spaniards... Italy was playing such an ugly football... and anyway, Spain is more capable to beat Russia now...

Italians didn’t play great football and Spain didn’t either, even tho Spain created more openings, but the rhythm of the game was really really slow.
Italy couldn't score on Spain? Yes, but also Spain couldn't score on Italy. They won on penalties, they deserved it, as Italy really deserved to go home. :)

italy being the nation that they are football wise really piss me off when it comes to football......they have some of the most talented players on the planet yet they chose to stifle games as they did last night.....even when they had the ball they took no chances,they still kept at least 7 behind the ball......so of course spain didn't score.....but they came close on a few occassions.......and with all the class forwards italy have at they're disposal whats the deal with playing luca toni every game?.....he's nothing but a lumbering carthorse
 
He's good enough to finish top scorer in la liga last season and top in the bundesliga this season.

I wouldn't say he's international class though, but then I don't think Italy have any one better.

because what he did, when he felt out of the field, and crowled into the field so refferee had to stop the game when Spain had a great attack... It was such a low trick...

I support Germany overall, but I supported Spain against Italy, and I supported Spain agains Russia...
And I was chearing up Spain against Russia...

I wanted two great teams ina final, and everything went out as I wanted...

Now I won't be dissapointed as much if Germany will loose, cause in that case, champions will be worthy team anyway...

Not some Turks or Russians...
