Peter, I'm disappointed in you man. There is nothing petty about anyone's religion. I will discourage you from having these conversations if you cannot discuss religious beliefs without talking down to someone who feels the opposite of you.

Its a hypothetical organization, but lets just say its sort of a combo of the two. It doesn't alert anyone to bad activity, but if someone wanted to do the digging, they could certainly find what they wanted and who did it at what time and how long they spent doing it.

Well, this is the RIGHT thing to do, for obvious reasons.

B) Try to clean your machine of any evidence and hope that this co-worker hasn't blurted out on you?

This will not work considering it is most likely logged on the server that you accessed the internet through, so cleaning YOUR machine out will not help in the slightest.

C) Fire the guy who found the porn logs before he finds out you have been to questionable sites as well?

Unless you can fire him for a good reason, you will end up getting fired anyways.
