Using sick time when you're not sick is fiduciary theft, if I'm not mistaken.I have a big problem with this. What anyone does in their private time, is their business, even if they are faking sick. The only time I would support a company firing an employee for the contents or usage of FaceBook is if an employee placing defaming information about the company or accesses it against policy while during working hours.
Otherwise, our private lives are just that...private.
I caution all young people I know, keep their page private. Don't post pictures they wouldn't want to see on a billboard.
