Frank looked better with age. He was pretty gaunt when young.

Both had different music so not sure which I would rate best.

I saw Iggy Pop do this song in concert a small dive in Detroit in the early 80's

He did a legit version. Being half drunk and stoned it was amazing.

Actually that would be incorrect

Elvis started recording in1954 and had his first number one (Heartbreak Hotel) in April of 1956

Ike and Tina did not get together until sometime after that and their first single did not get released until 1960

having said that, probably one could say Bob Didley, Chuck Berry or Little Richard were the first stars.
