I think Brown knows it is lost now.

In tomorrows debate he will either launch into a volley of foul mouthed abuse at Clegg and Cameron, or blow himself up on stage.

Looks like in the polls, Cameron won that last one and Brown was last again. Watched some of it but really was quite bored of how gimmicky it was, yet again. Clegg was just spewing out his usual patter that everyone wants to hear without much basis of how he was going to back it up with the usual "look at those two" jibes thrown in every now and then. Browns wonderful policy seems to be more of the same - spend, spend, spend, borrow, borrow, borrow, debt debt, debt. Oh and everytime Cameron opened he mouth, Brown just stands there grinning like an idiot, shaking his head and then scaremongering. Even his closing argument was just attacking the other two and nothing about what he was going to do. Cameron stepped up to the plate a bit more in this one though if he used the word "quango" again, I think I might scream!

I doubt there'll be ever be more telvised electoral debates. Consdiering, overall, how little watched them.
I hope their won't be.

I'd much rather see politicians go up against reporters and the such, but even then, none of them ever answer a question straightly so what's the fucking point?

We knew they never give a straight answer before these debates even started so I doubt anyone could really make that much difference (apart from Charlie Brooker, who by the way was hilarious on Twitter last night) but mainsteam I think it was always going to be that way.

Everyone knows where the cuts will be, not in the frontline, but behind the scenes. Stuff like....well Doctors and Nurses will be safe (quite righty so) but the people who get you into hospital (Paramedics and people who take details) will go. Another one, Postmen who deliver the mail will be safe, but the sorters in the mail offices will go, which means mail will be later because the Postmen will have to have that duty as well, hell the Postmen here have just accepted a deal to work 7am-3pm which will take into account sorting, and the mail will be later because of that, and it will not be the only area to do this.
