Egg and swiss!

Last night I had an idea of putting some swiss on my fried egg sammich...

I'M HOOKED! omg so yummy!

I need to get some american cheese and try it on an egg sammich too.

hmmm fried eggs? I dont think I ever heard of that, unless you mean scrambled or sunny side up? Either way... sounds yummy.

Nah I don't like sunny side up. Same principle, but I cook it all the way through, and then I throw a piece of swiss on it until it's slightly melted. Then it's onto a piece of bread with a light coat of butter.

Best dinners are the 5 minute ones. Buying those dozen eggs for 98 cents was the best purchase, EVER. lol

You read that right... 12 eggs for 98 cents. Scotts had great deals.

oh and don't forget to throw a bit of butter in the pan first... can't have the egg sticking... won't flip well. lol

Never had a fried egg sandwich with cheese before. I'm picky when it comes to cheese on my sandwiches.

I know right? I always had egg sammiches since forever and a day, but it only now occured to me to put cheese on it! lol

The entire time I was in my 2nd apartment, I never bought any eggs... I kept meaning to, but alwaaaaaaaays forgot when I went to the store. lol
