In my native country it is part of the family tradition to eat dinner together and that is what I had experienced since I was a kid up to the present that I am married already. This is the time we bond to each other after a day of not being together and this is the same concept I had introduced to my husband but luckily I did not have a hard time doing it because here in their country it is also the same families here eat dinner together so me and my husband always eat dinner together and it had also been our bonding moment after a day at work.

We eat at the table - Every now and then we eat in the living room but thatis mainly on pizza night or any other special occassions! Luckily my daughters are at an age when i can still tell them that we are having dinner at the table and that is final lol Though i dont expect it to last much longer

My family doesn't get time to eat together often and this is what makes me sick. I love having meals with my parents because it is centered with loads of fun and pop. We personally don't care what negative and positive matters actually does but we just enjoy talking about anything. Unfortunately, we don't get more chances to do so because everyone are engaged with their own schedules and those rare moments are always cherished.

Each household is unique, with its own mealtime customs and practices. Some households eat every meal together and make it a point to spend good time and talk during meals, whilst others have fewer constraints and eat at various times or in separate locations.

I have found with my kids being they are now all either almost adults or adults that they prefer to go off and do their own thing when they eat dinner so we all tend to sit and either watch something or they will go off and do something in their room and eat as well. I am happy that they are eating so I am fine with that.

Eating dinner and having lunch together is a really great thing if you ask me. The fact of the matter remains that I always enjoy having dinner with my family friends and other family members as well. It seems just too boring to having dinner alone, even though I might be enjoying my meals. People must know and understand the importance of being together with the people.

We eat together for pretty much every meal. We love to hang out though, it's a great part of our days to come together and discuss what we're up to and go from there. I'm happy my kids still want to spend time with us; we must be alright lol.
Eating together is always good

I used to ate dinner together with my parents and sister for most of my childhood days, but as soon as I reached my teen years, it was less and less frequently that we would share the table at dinner time.

Later, having computers at home, made that each of us would have dinner in front of each one's computers and basically dinning together at some celebrations.

It was until my father passed away that my mother, my sister and I re-evaluated what having dinner together means and we used to share the table again at dinner time.

I'm actually living alone, but I don't miss the opportunity to join them and eat together whenever is possible.
I hope you have your dinner with your family whenever you visit them

Eating dinner together is more than just sharing a meal, it’s a chance to connect, catch up, and strengthen family bonds. Those moments create a sense of belonging and make everyone feel valued. Even simple conversations at the table can brighten the day and build lasting memories.
